Salisbury Fire Department

Stations 16,2 and 1 were dispatched to a reported house fire at 409 of Lake St. A/C 1 arrived in the area and radioed central to confirm the address as there was no 409. They then advised the fire was across from Chipman Elementary. Engine 2 and Truck 2 arrived and confirmed a working fire in a 2 story single family. Crews from Engine 2 pulled an attack line to side D for fire suppression while The Truck crew threw ground ladders. Rescue 16 arrived and preformed a primary search while engine 16 pulled a back up line. Crews made quick work of the fire and searches were negative. A/C 1 Donaway had command.
