Stations 2 and 16 were dispatched to a MVA with a car reported into the water. D/C 2 (Smith) arrived and advised a 2 vehicle MVA with one car in the water with one subject still inside. Crews from Truck 2 and Rescue 16 placed a ground ladder from the shore to the vehicle and removed the patient from the vehicle on a backboard. EMS transported the patient to PRMC, the patient in the 2nd vehicle refused treatment.
