Salisbury Fire Department

Sadly, at 1700 hours on Tuesday 1 March 2016 FFEMTB Zak Keenan completed his final tour of duty with the Salisbury Fire Department and A Shift.  Zak began his affiliation with the SFD as a cadet approximately 13 years ago.  He followed in his father's (Deputy Chief Tim Keenan, Retired) footsteps and became a career firefighter, spending much of his time assigned to A Shift.  Zak also served his country as a Specialist in the United States Army National Guard.  

It has been a pleasure watching Zak raise his daughter, mature as a man, and grow as a person.  The members of the SFD wish Zak all the best in his new adventure.  He will always have a home at the Salisbury Fire Department.
